Associate Accountant

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting data entry in the system to have the transactions ready for the closure period (Misa software, Excel).
• Arrange documents, and do internal accounting tasks.
• Follow up on the situation of assets, tools, depreciation calculation, and allocation of expenses.
• Assist in checking accounts receivable and issuing invoices (if required).
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly reports.
• Other duties required by Line Manager

Required Qualifications and Skills

• University degree in accounting majority or related majors (Finance)
• Self-motivation, a good learning attitude, and a high sense of responsibility
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good teamwork and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Strategic thinking and being result-oriented
• Good time management skills
• Preferable have more than 1-year experience and good English communication
